  • 1 x 60-minute Introduction Call to review your intake assessment and finalize your 5 focus areas
  • 12 x 75-minute weekly working sessions, structured as 15-minute check-in followed by 60 minutes of focused work
  • 5 focus areas drawn directly from your intake, each addressed across 2 sessions — the first introducing the concept and tools, the second integrating the learning
  • An Imagination exercise closing each focus area — a structured retelling of a real workplace experience, applying what you've built
  • Written session summary delivered within 24–48 hours after every session
  • A personalized tool or framework from the relevant Unmanaged pillar after every session
  • 1–3 specific action items with accountability framing after every session
  • Your imagination prompt in writing after every session.
  • A Transformational Roadmap at the close of the engagement


$1,200/month | 3 months

 Pay in full at the start of your engagement and receive one additional session on the area of focus of your choice.  If you'd like your employer to cover the cost, here's a template to make the ask.

  • An Imagination exercise closing each pillar — a structured retelling of a real workplace experience, applying what you've built
  • 2 integration sessions in Month 6 to consolidate learning across the full arc
  • Written session summary delivered within 24–48 hours after every session
  • A personalized tool or framework from the relevant Unmanaged pillar after every session
  • 1–3 specific action items with accountability framing after every session
  • Your Imagination prompt in writing after every session
  • A 2-session Transformational Roadmap close — a full record of where you started, what you built, how far you've come and where you want to go next.
