Workplace Strategy Sessions are private, weekly 1:1 virtual engagements designed for professionals navigating toxic work environments. This isn't therapy. It isn't venting. It's structured, skills-based work — built around the Unmanaged framework — that gives you tools to protect yourself, reclaim your footing, and move with intention instead of reaction.


The techniques in this program are drawn from four principles: nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, critical thinking and neuroplasticity. I draw from my 26 years of advising employees across industries — and from my own direct experience inside toxic workplaces. I know what these environments do to capable, conscientious people. I also know what it takes to stop absorbing the dysfunction and start working with clarity again.


Each engagement begins with a deep-dive intake assessment. Your results shape the entire program. The work is sequenced deliberately: no skill is introduced until the layer beneath it is stable.


You leave with a Transformational Roadmap — a document that captures where you started, what you built, and how far you've come.

Company Strategy Sessions are structured team engagements designed for organizations where something in the dynamics has broken down — or where a new team needs a foundation before one does. 


This isn't conflict resolution or a workshop. It's individual, skills-based work happening in parallel across your team — built around the Unmanaged framework — so each person develops the tools they need, and the team changes as a result.


The techniques in this program are drawn from four principles: nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, critical thinking and neuroplasticity. I draw from my 26 years of advising employees across industries — and from my own direct experience inside toxic workplaces


Each program begins with an individual intake assessment for every team member. Those results shape each person's sessions. The work is sequenced deliberately: no skill is introduced until the layer beneath it is stable. The organization receives a monthly progress report tracking movement across the team — without disclosing individual session content.


 Every engagement closes with a group session and an individual Transformational Roadmap for each person — a document that shows where they started, what they built, and how far they've come. The company also receives a team-level Transformational Roadmap capturing the arc of the engagement as a whole: where the team started, what shifted, and what comes next.
